目的:比较超薄贴面与常规贴面的临床效果,为超薄贴面的临床应用提供依据。方法选取超薄贴面20例与常规贴面修复患者45例,基牙分别为72、120颗,3、6、12、24、36个月后随访,依据改良美国公共卫生署贴面评价分类标准进行临床效果对比研究,统计留存率和成功率。结果经过3年观察,超薄贴面和常规贴面在继发龋、边缘适合性、边缘变色、颜色适合性和结构形态方面均有较好的临床表现,留存率及成功率均大于90%,经连续性校正卡方检验差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超薄贴面可以获得与常规贴面相近的临床效果。 相似文献

AbstractAlthough epithelial cells have been successfully grown from tissue culture of endometrial explants, they survived for only a few weeks before fibroblasts overgrew and eliminated the epithelium. We describe a method for growing endometrial epithelium from menstrual blood and passing them using 0.25% trypsin in EDTA; cells survived in vitro for 24 weeks. The morphology of the processed cells differed from that observed in vitro: trypsinized cells were rounded with long surface processes and microvilli; nuclei were irregular and contained a macronucleus; the cytoplasm appeared very granular. Immunocytochemistry revealed 90–95% positivity for anti-keratin; EM confirmed the light microscopic findings. Nuclei were large and irregular with a macronucleus and cytoplasmic organelles. The most striking feature of these cells was the abundance of rough endoplasmic reticulum, surface projections, and microvilli.Endometrial epithelium undergoing trypsinization is not irreversibly damaged and retains its epithelial characteristics although it may be mechanically disrupted as a tissue and separated into single cells or small groups of cells. In this report, the authors examined the characteristic features of morphology and molecular biology of Ki‐67, p53, Bcl‐2, and cyclooxygenase‐2 (Cox‐2) immunocytochemistry in low‐grade endometrioid endometrial carcinoma (LG‐ENEC) and disordered proliferative (DP)/benign hyperplastic (BH) endometrium. We carried out a prospective study by collecting endometrial imprints from freshly resected uteri over a 20‐month period and finally 104 patients were evaluated with endometrial cytology. We focused on LG‐ENECs, as well as on BH endometrium and its precursor lesion, DP endometrium, firstly because of the overlapping cytomorphology of these pathologic entities and secondly because of the lack of agreement in the differential diagnosis of atypical hyperplasia from complex hyperplasia and well‐differentiated endometrial carcinoma, even in curettage specimens. Ki‐67 expression of LG‐ENEC showed predominance in comparison with DP/BH endometrium. Furthermore, high levels of Bcl‐2 (>50%) were expressed only in DP/BH endometrium. DP/BH endometrium was negative for p53 marker, except from two cases of BH endometrium. Cox‐2 expression ≥50% was found only in LG‐ENECs. Using Ki‐67, Bcl‐2, p53, and Cox‐2 markers, we managed to distinguish fully DP/BH endometrium from LG‐ENEC. Higher Ki‐67%/Bcl‐2% rate and also higher Cox‐2 expression were found in LG‐ENEC cases with FIGO stage ≥ IC, than in cases with FIGO stage < IC. The immunocytochemical findings from a combination of Ki‐67, p53, Bcl‐2, and Cox‐2, may differentiate LG‐ENEC from DP/BH endometrium with overlapping cytomorphology. Pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAGs) are abundant embryo-originated products expressed in the pre-placental trophoblast and later in the post-implantational chorionic epithelium of some ungulate species. This paper describes the cellular immunolocalization of the chorionic PAG family in the epitheliochorial placenta type of the alpaca (Lama pacos—Lp), in which the PAGs were named ‘LpPAGs’. Placental Lp sections (5 μm) of different females near mid-pregnancy (150 days post coitum; dpc), advanced pregnancy (244-263 dpc) and late pregnancy (347 dpc) were used for cross-species (heterologous—ht) double fluorescent immunohistochemistry (htdF-IHC). The htdF-IHC was performed with primary rabbit polyvalent anti-porcine PAG polyclonals. The LpPAG immuno-complexes were visualized with secondary goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulins-conjugated with Alexa 488 fluorophore (green), among all nuclei of placental cells stained with propidium iodide (red). This is the first study reporting the immunolocalization of the LpPAG family identified by htdF-IHC at the feto/maternal interface during different pregnancy stages of the alpaca. The most dominant and strongest immune-positive LpPAG signals were found in the well-developed chorionic cell layer. Our htdF-IHC indicated relatively high epitope resemblance to that of the PAGs in camelids and pigs. These data increase our general knowledge of chorionic PAG localization during pregnancy-stage dependent development of the epitheliochorial diffuse placenta type in the alpaca. 相似文献
